7/52.

I got together with a friend from high school, Manoah. She and I had talked about shooting for quite a while, but could never manage to get our schedules to coordinate. Finally, on week 7 we made plans to meet up on Thursday morning before I headed to the internship. We said 8, which turned into 8:30 which turned into 9:30 by the time we both got there. We had 30 minutes or so to shoot, which was plenty of time. I am so in love with some of the shots I got, so I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Well, my idea didn't happen as planned. The theme of the week was "the men in my life," but I didn't get to hang out with half of them so that fell through. You do get to meet my best friend though: Topher James.  Topher and I have been friends since I started working at In N Out. I would tell him pretty much everything because I knew he was one of the few people who would go tell the entire store. He and I never hung out outside of work, but at In N Out, it's like a family. Toph just transferred to the Fullerton store since he moved up there. The best part about him moving is that we actually do get to hang out and he has truly become the best friend a girl could have.

A Bridesmaid-To-Be.

Emily and I got the pleasure of going with Kelsey to David's Bridal to pick up her bridesmaid dress for her other friend Emily's wedding this coming summer.  Kels looked gorgeous as always and I made sure to grab a few shots of her.

When Two Photographers... - 5/52.

Nico and I are the never ending story. We always on some sort of photography adventure together. Most of the time we don't have models, but that never stops us. Nico has taught me so much about photography and I in turn have taught him some. He has pushed me to continually tell him what to do because we all know that is not my forte. He tells me what to do when I am modeling, which has helped me to become a decent model. I still think I am a horrible model, but maybe not the worst anymore. Here's another adventure Nico and I went on.

4/52.

I shot my first engagement at the end of January. Steph and I work together and we had talked about it for a while. She requested off a day and off we went. Nico Marino and I are the two photographers are our store, so we were both shooting their engagement. It was a fun shoot, but Nico and I definitely learned our lesson... Scope out locations beforehand and do light test shoots.
